When facing off against the Den Mother in Diablo 4 Gold, it's best to keep out of its melee range if you can but, overall, near-constant repositioning is key to staying alive - obviously certain builds and classes (notably Barbarians) will struggle with this as they lack ranged attacks so focus more on tanking damage when possible and not getting greedy when attacking the Den...
